The driving factor for me to contribute to this is wanting to make a difference in a child's life. As a father to two very young kids, the mission laid out by 24h Tremblant has personally motivated me as it provides funding to medical and social organizations to see all children flourish and lead healthy lives. For me, it is gratifying to share this sense of purpose. Logging off daily, knowing I've contributed towards changing the life of a beautiful kid, is hugely motivating and can give a deep sense of job satisfaction.
