For those of you who know me, you probably know I'm not much of an athlete - but this is definitely a cause worth getting up for! I'm taking part in Tremblant's 24h charity event, whose mission is the health and well-being of children. 

We are all touched, directly or indirectly, by children's causes - after all, they are our future! It is incredibly heartening and gratifying to know that our efforts lead to concrete changes in their lives.

I ask you to reach into your wallets, coat pockets, and couch cushions to donate to this cause, while I reach for my running shoes....waaaay at the back of that closet ?
